Vin blanc
Produced by the alcoholic fermentation of white or non-colored-pulp red grapes, white wine is processed to conserve a yellow or transparent coulour. It exists a wide range of white wines and it depends on the type of grape, of the production process, of the region, but also of the sugar rate. Regarding the taste, white vine has a different equilibrium than red wine. In broad terms, we have: white dry wine (a wine without sugar), syrupy or sweet wine and sparkling wine. Among the most known grape varieties there are Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Muscat, and Riesling.
